The live dashboard
One screen for all your production printers, whatever the brand. PressGlance reads them live over the network, with no software on the printers. Each card tells you at a glance what the machine is doing.

What's on a card
Every printer gets the same card, at the same size. So you always find everything in the same place.

- Status
Printing, ready, maintenance, error or offline. Short and in a single colour, so you can see it from a distance.
- Progress and finish time
The ring shows how far the current job has got. Next to it: the job name, the number of pages and when it will be done.
- Ink or toner
Black, cyan, magenta and yellow as vertical bars. A colour that's running low is visible well in advance.
- Paper trays
In exactly the same bar style as the ink, with the tray name under each bar. An empty tray turns red.
- Job list
The job that's running now and the most recently finished jobs, with page count and time.
Five states, five colours
The dashboard clearly distinguishes between a printer that is working, waiting, doing maintenance or stuck.
The printer is working through a job. You see the progress and the expected finish time.
Switched on and waiting for work. You see how many pages have been printed so far today.
Cleaning the print head, calibrating: the printer is busy, but not with your job. That doesn't count as a fault.
Something's wrong. You see the panel message straight away, such as an empty tray or a paper jam.
The printer can't be reached on the network, for example because it's switched off.

The actual message, not just "Error"
During a fault or maintenance, PressGlance shows exactly what the printer's panel says, such as "No paper in cassette 6" or "Cleaning print head". The label at the top stays short; the full message appears once, in large type on the card, together with when it started.
Whoever reads the message knows immediately whether paper needs loading or a technician is needed. You walk to the machine once, with the right thing in your hands.

Large on a wall-mounted screen
In TV mode, PressGlance shows only the cards, large and readable from a distance, without menus. The live dashboard can stay open without logging in, while jobs, statistics and settings remain password-protected.
A screen in the production hall or at the planning desk. Everyone sees the same status, and nobody has to ask whether the press is still running.

On tablets and phones too
The dashboard adapts to any screen. On your phone you see the same cards one below the other, with progress, ink, trays and jobs, on any device on your network.
